The new books detailing the history and story of Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Parks

Glen Eden Memorial Parks are quiet, beautiful resting places for our deceased loved ones, dedicated to the glory of God, and awaiting the Great Day of Resurrection when Christ, our Lord, returns in glory. They are peaceful places for remembrance, reflection, and godly meditation.

In documenting the history of Glen Eden, two new books have been published and authored by Glen Eden’s Board Secretary, the Rev. Dr. David Stechholz:

God’s Acre: The History of Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Parks ($80, including state sales tax; unabridged, 455 pages, with 767 footnotes, colored pictures on high-quality paper, hard back with dust jacket.

God’s Acre: The Story of Glen Eden Lutheran Memorial Parks ($16, including state sales tax; abridged, 154 pages, no footnotes or indices, black & white pictures, and soft cover).

Both versions help promote our Lutheran cemeteries by helping people reflect on the sanctity of human life, even in death. These books make great Christmas or birthday gifts and all sale profits go to Glen Eden to help defray production costs.
